  26. The answer is Yes.

  28. It is MS-DOS Kermit 3.14.  It runs under Windows, in either full-screen
  29. mode or in a Window, it has good file transfer, and it does Tek graphics.

  31.   Anonymous ftp to kermit.columbia.edu,
  32.   directory kermit/archives,
  33.   binary mode,
  34.   file msvibm.zip.

  36. If you had a previous version of MS-DOS Kermit, and you
  37. want to install the new version over it, first make safe copies of
  38. your MSCUSTOM.INI and DIALUPS.TXT files, as well as any other
  39. file you might have modified.

  41. Then unzip (with PKUNZIP or equivalent) using the "-d" switch to
  42. preserve the directory structure.  Then read the top-level READ.ME
  43. file for further instructions.
